Job Duties:
Support the sales, service, and facilities efforts onsite or at a customer's facility Participate and lead customer trials in our Customer Innovation Center (CIC) Operate and maintain the machines in the CIC Take lead on writing lab reports and trial summaries Track and maintain inventory of raw materials for trials Public speaking and machine demonstrations at technical conferences and customer visits Identify and recommend machine design improvements Technical process support for customers Assist service team with installation and commissioning of new machines Domestic and international travel as required to meet customer needs Assist and guide interns in the completion of their everyday tasks and final projects Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
BS Engineering, preferably in plastics or pulp and paper Public speaking and presentation skills Ability to read, understand and analyze statistical data and characteristics
