Job Summary:
Join our team as a Plastics Engineer where you will be a key player in our manufacturing process. We are seeking a talented individual with expertise in plastics engineering, quality control, and mechanical engineering to ensure the efficient production of high-quality plastic products.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your knowledge of injection molding techniques to oversee the production process.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to improve product performance and efficiency.
- Utilize CAD, Mastercam and Moldflow software for design and fabrication of plastic components.
- Perform validations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering
- Proven experience in plastics engineering, preferably in injection molding.
- Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to plastics manufacturing.
- Strong ability to fabricate plastic components and conduct quality control inspections.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with CAD, Mastercam and Moldflow software for design purposes.
