Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Support the qualification, deployment, and performance evaluation of materials, parts, tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes used in aerospace products. Conduct testing, analysis, and process improvement activities while supporting supplier qualification, corrective actions, and engineering requirements. - First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering classification from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
- Collect information to support the definition of requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts, and manufacturing processes
- Incorporate specification changes and document revisions to support deployment of materials, parts, and processes
- Perform testing activities to qualify new tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes
- Assist supplier qualification efforts to ensure compliance with applicable requirements
- Conduct analyses to determine performance characteristics and identify causes of failures involving tools, materials, parts, or processes
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues
- Develop computer and production systems to satisfy user requirements
- Utilize project management tools to support cost, technical, and schedule objectives
- Integrate Environmental Health and Safety, LEAN, and Quality principles into materials and processes, research and qualification activities, work procedures, and laboratory or office operations Physical Requirements & Environment
- Work onsite full-time in Everett, WA
- Remain mobile and on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday
- Lift up to 25 pounds as required
- Work first shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST
- No domestic travel required
