Powerful Solutions. Better Communities. At CRW, mechanical engineering is about serving people with buildings and systems that work well. We're looking for an early career mechanical engineer who wants to learn the craft of HVAC design, contribute to real projects, and grow alongside people who care about their work and each other. You'll join a multidisciplinary team serving public and private clients across Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. We'll invest in your development through formal training, on the job guidance, and opportunities to shadow experienced engineers. You'll also have meaningful production work from the start, with support and responsibility matched to your experience. What you'll do Help design and document HVAC systems, with opportunities to work on plumbing and building controls. Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates under the guidance of experienced engineers. Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines to solve project challenges. Participate in site visits and learn how existing buildings, construction conditions, and Alaska's climate shape good design. Ask questions, follow through on commitments, and take increasing ownership of your work as your skills develop. What you'll bring A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited program. Interest in building systems, especially HVAC, and a willingness to learn the tools and details of design. Care in your work, openness to feedback, and the drive to finish what you start. An ability to communicate clearly and work well with teammates and clients. Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites, including remote Alaska communities. Experience with HVAC design, Revit, or other building design tools is welcome, but you do not need to arrive knowing everything. We're prepared to teach a new graduate who is ready to learn and contribute.
