About this Role Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Mechanical Engineering Project Lead to drive mechanical engineering execution across complex EPC projects in power generation, transmission, and industrial infrastructure. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering scope, ensuring technical excellence, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EPC project delivery, power and rotating equipment systems, and has a proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor senior and junior staff, and interface with clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders. What You'll Do We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Mechanical Engineering Project Lead to drive mechanical engineering execution across complex EPC projects in power generation, transmission, and industrial infrastructure. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering scope, ensuring technical excellence, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and constructible solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EPC project delivery, power and rotating equipment systems, and has a proven ability to lead engineering teams, mentor senior and junior staff, and interface with clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders. What You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university. Professional Engineer (PE) license required Minimum 15-20+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience in EPC, power generation, or heavy industrial environments. Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams and delivering large-scale EPC projects.
Technical Expertise Extensive experience with:
