Mechanical Engineer Location Pocahontas, AR Salary:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods is a plus

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Design and modify equipment, tooling, and manufacturing systems (SolidWorks preferred) Analyze production data to drive quality, throughput, and performance improvements Support new product launches with a focus on manufacturability and scalability Lead and participate in continuous improvement (Lean/CI) initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions Why This Job?
