Description
What You'll Do You won't just support the business-you'll help move it forward. Lead initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality
Design and enhance mechanical systems, tooling, and equipment to support plant operations
Partner closely with operators, maintenance, and leadership to solve real-time challenges on the floor
Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Support capital projects from concept through implementation
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is performed with safety as the top priority
Develop and share knowledge by training and supporting team members
Help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth Who You Are You're more than an engineer-you're a problem solver, a collaborator, and a leader in the making. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships on the floor
Motivated to take ownership and lead projects from start to finish
Passionate about continuous improvement and learning
