This position will be located at our Space sector in Gilbert, AZ. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Integration and Test (I&T) Team.

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this position, you will perform duties contributing to Integration and Test (I&T) activities for space vehicle systems and their supporting hardware.

You could support developing test procedures, processes, software, support hardware designs etc. that adhere to the requirements for the space vehicle being tested. Tasks may include testing space flight hardware where it is expected that the systems under test are well understood and the test constraints and hazards identified to ensure the safety of the space flight hardware at all times. Test results will be analyzed and determinations made by the operator to ensure that the space flight hardware is both healthy and operating as expected You will be working in a team environment where the team will be responsible for all I&T activities for the space vehicle being tested.

• Basic Qualifications
• A candidate must meet ALL the below criteria.

The candidate must:

+ Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Fall 2026 + Be majoring in Mechanical Engineering or a related field + Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026. + Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher + Analysis experience using FEMAP + Experience with CAD

Bachelor's:

$17.75 to $32.75 per hour

Master's:
