View and apply to all jobs - https://freshconsulting.applytojob.com/apply/ or visit freshconsulting.com/careers Senior Mechanical Engineer What you'll do: Create novel electro-mechanical mechanisms and systems for a mobile robotics platform and validate them using rapid prototyping fabrication methods Build, debug and support prototype robots Develop designs for volume production methods, knowledge of casting, injection molding, stamping, and other volume production processes Perform failure modes analysis Create work instructions for fabricating robotic systems Develop concepts for systems to meet design requirements Support robot deployments at customer sites as required Redesign robotic systems for volume manufacturing, focusing on reliability and cost optimization Ideal Candidates Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or Mechatronics with 3+ years of industry experience Experience designing and debugging electromechanical systems Proficiency in designing parts and assemblies using 3D modeling software (Solidworks and Onshape preferred). FEA experience (ANSYS preferred) an asset.
