Position Title :
Production Engineering Specialist ■
General Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot manufacturing and automated systems using programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanical systems, and sensors. Design, configure, and support robotic systems, including modification of computer-controlled robot movements. Disassemble and reassemble robots and peripheral equipment for repairs and maintenance. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment and robotic systems. Work with PLC platforms such as Melsec and Mitsubishi. Maintain service and maintenance records for robotic equipment and automated production systems. Review production schedules, work orders, and staffing plans to determine personnel and material requirements. Coordinate with supervisors and other personnel to assess production progress and identify necessary changes. Monitor documents, materials, products, and work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with requirements. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred. 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred; automotive parts manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience with robot programming and applications, including KUKA and Yaskawa, highly preferred. Experience with Hot Press Forming or PLC platforms such as Melsec or Mitsubishi preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Engineering preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English preferred; Spanish is a plus. Strong mathematical and basic statistical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ■

Position Title :
QC Specialist ■
General Responsibilities :
Perform quality inspections and testing of automotive parts and components to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Monitor production processes and identify quality issues, defects, and non-conforming products. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections using appropriate measuring and inspection tools. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records and reports. Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality-related issues. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality concerns. Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities. Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, customer requirements, and manufacturing standards. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field preferred. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Previous internship or experience in quality control or automotive manufacturing is a plus, but not required. Basic understanding of quality inspection methods, manufacturing processes, and measuring tools preferred. Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. ■

Position Title :
Product Development Specialist ■
General Responsibilities :
Support the development and launch of new automotive parts and products from initial planning through mass production. Assist with product development schedules, project timelines, and engineering documentation. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other internal teams throughout the product development process. Support prototype development, testing, evaluation, and product validation activities. Review product specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure customer and manufacturing requirements are met. Monitor development progress and assist in identifying and resolving technical or production-related issues. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding product development requirements and project status. Prepare and maintain product development reports, technical documentation, and project records. Support continuous improvement activities related to product quality, manufacturability, and production efficiency. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related engineering field preferred. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Previous internship or project experience in automotive, manufacturing, or product development is a plus, but not required.
