Lean Practices, Six Sigma, Project Coordination, Artificial Intelligence Systems Knowledge, Mechanical Engineering, Cross Functional Team work, GD&T, PMP Essential Responsibilities Communicate and hold suppliers accountable for loss time activities. Identify and execute Lean and Six Sigma projects for assigned areas. Ability to update Layouts per CAD, CREO, Pro-E files where applicable. Coordinate, prepare, and help execute equipment qualifications per the Matrix output. Qualifications/Requirements B.S in Engineering, Technical Practice, or Equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering, quality, or Production and Manufacturing Operations in an Automotive or related industry. Ability to support the development and execution of continues improvement initiatives. Has knowledge of Quality Control, manufacturing processes, and production systems. Is a self starter and can execute assigned projects with minimal supervision.
