Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team, driving the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and products. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical engineering principles, CAD modeling, and manufacturing processes to create high-quality solutions that meet project specifications and industry standards. Your contributions will be vital in advancing our product offerings, ensuring mechanical integrity, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across engineering disciplines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a fast-paced industrial environment, fostering growth and technical excellence. Responsibilities Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo, including creating 3D models, mechanical drawings, schematics, and tolerance analyses. Perform mechanical analysis using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) tools to validate design robustness and performance under various conditions. Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures or performance issues to identify corrective actions and improve product reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including electrical, manufacturing, and project management—to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into overall product systems. Manage project schedules by planning design phases, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of mechanical engineering milestones. Apply industry standards such as ASME codes & standards to ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Support manufacturing processes by developing manufacturing drawings, participating in design reviews, and providing technical guidance during production. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on mechanical product development projects. Strong proficiency in CAD software including SolidWorks, Creo, and other 3D CAD modeling tools; experience with Schematics and Mechanical drafting is essential. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), tolerance analysis, and building information modeling (BIM) tools for comprehensive design validation. Familiarity with simulation tools such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis), MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, Arduino programming for control systems integration. Practical understanding of manufacturing processes including machine design, mechanical detail drawings, and assembly procedures. Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using structured problem-solving methodologies. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), quantum engineering concepts (nice-to-have), and engineering product development lifecycle management. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with teams across disciplines while managing multiple projects efficiently. Join us to contribute your expertise in mechanical engineering while working on innovative projects that push the boundaries of technology!
