Job Summary:

This role focuses on the end-to-end development and launch of interior components and systems, ensuring exceptional luxury, performance, and functionality. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve technical excellence and timely delivery. The position requires a detail-oriented approach to creating and refining product specifications and timelines for accelerated development. Develop and release interior components and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Create and refine technical product specifications. Ensure product quality, craftsmanship, and functionality. Support vehicle launch activities for interior systems. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 4+ years of experience in automotive interior development. Proficiency in CAD for 2D/3D concept drawings. This role requires experience in the automotive industry, specifically with the development and launch of interior components and systems.
