Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform hardware integration and final assembly support, including liaison engineering actions across aircraft build activities. Reviews engineering models, digital mockups, and technical drawings within a model-based engineering environment (3DX) to identify design errors, omissions, and producibility issues. Coordinates operations procedures, builds sequencing, and corrective actions to align engineering intent with production execution. Requirements Job Details- Manufacturing Facility

- 4/10 - A
- Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in aircraft subsystem or structures assembly and integration
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft production support, maintenance, or testing
- 4+ years of experience with 3DX or
CATIA V5
- Experience reviewing engineering models and technical drawings for producibility
- Experience supporting development, prototype, or new product introduction programs
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals Preferred Skills
- On-vehicle testing and troubleshooting of aircraft subsystems
- Liaison engineering activities experience
- Manufacturing assembly work instruction authoring
- Jet engine integration, service, and maintenance familiarity
- Wire harness and interconnect installation and integration
- Aircraft fuel systems
- Metallic part machining working knowledge
- DELMIA software
- Aviation maintenance or A&P license

- Supports hardware integration activities across aircraft assembly and final build operations
- Interprets engineering models and technical drawings to support producibility and assembly decisions
- Identifies design errors, omissions, and deficiencies and communicates corrective actions to engineering teams
- Supports liaison engineering between design, manufacturing, and IPT organizations
- Defines build sequencing and supports operations procedure development in a model-based environment
- Assists in engineering change incorporation during active aircraft production
- Provides technical input to improve manufacturability and assembly execution processes Physical Requirements & Environment
- Works in aircraft manufacturing and assembly environments
- Operates on production floor for extended periods
- May work around large aircraft structures and active assembly operations
- May lift tools or components consistent with aerospace manufacturing tasks
