Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Design and implement end-to-end test solutions for assigned components and programs Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, libraries, and fixtures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product and feature requirements into test architecture Integrate hardware and software test environments and manage dependencies Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and traceability documentation Design and build test fixtures and equipment for development and production programs Execute tests, analyze results, and report and track defects Ensure test code quality, maintainability, and reusability Lead technical reviews within cross-functional engineering teams Perform verification and validation (V&V) of test requirements Lead qualification testing for new product introductions Perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of test equipment to ensure long-term production support Upgrade and modernize test systems and equipment to align with evolving technologies Troubleshoot, repair, and perform root cause analysis on test equipment failures Train and mentor lab technicians and test engineers on equipment operation and maintenance Lead initiatives for test platform, infrastructure, and toolchain modernization Drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and validation teams Establish and promote best practices for test development processes

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical) or related fields such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (or equivalent international qualification) 5+ years of experience in test solution architecture and design 5+ years of hands-on experience performing engineering tests Experience designing test equipment for new product development Experience supporting and maintaining test equipment in production environments Strong skills in troubleshooting and repairing test systems Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

10+ years of experience in test solution architecture and engineering testing Proven experience leading test programs and initiatives Experience mentoring engineers and lab technicians Strong leadership in cross-functional environments
