Their responsibilities include:

Lead mechanical engineering design efforts and provide technical direction throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee internal project teams, ensuring design work remains technically sound, coordinated, and on track. Review engineering designs, calculations, drawings, and deliverables for accuracy and quality. Mentor junior engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and hands-on support. Serve as a senior technical point of contact for clients, presenting designs, findings, and recommendations. Participate in client and project meetings, clearly communicating technical considerations and next steps. Take an ownership mentality over projects, proactively identifying issues and driving them through resolution. Coordinate with internal disciplines and stakeholders to ensure electrical designs align with overall project requirements.

Pay:

$140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
