Part-Time Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers and innovators? Ustar STEM Lab LLC is seeking a dedicated mechanical engineering coach to join our growing education team. We are a leading STEM enrichment center offering hands-on learning in robotics, engineering, and coding for K-12 students. What You'll Do

• Teach and mentor students (elementary to middle school) in mechanical design and robotics
• Guide competitive robotics teams (e.

g., VEX

IQ, VEX VRC, FLL

) through build and strategy

• Lead engaging workshops and classes in mechanical engineering
• Support student teams in regional and national competitions Qualifications
• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering
• Experience with robotics competitions (VEX IQ, VEX VRC, FLL, or FTC) a plus
• Ability to work with students in a hands-on, team-based environment
• Passion for education, mentoring, and STEM outreach ✅ Preferred
• College students majoring in mechanical engineering or professionals with mechanical engineering experience
• Former robotics team members or coaches highly preferred
