We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer - CFD/Thermal to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Director, Development Engineering.

This position will be fully Onsite based in

San Jose, CA Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct CFD/Thermal studies for Energy server enclosures and site installations. Provide regular guidance on enclosure thermal management for Product development, from concept to production. Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely inputs with accurate predictions. Collaborate with Cross-functional teams for feasibility study. Report and present results/recommendations across diverse groups.

Skills and Experience:

MS or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering. Deep understanding of the fundamentals of Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer and CFD. 5+ years of industry experience utilizing CFD in Thermal management, in Electronics/Data center cooling.

Highly skilled in CFD tools:

ANSYS Icepak(preferred)/Fluent/Flotherm. Able to utilize first principles for quick calculations and CFD models. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter and a quick learner.
