Job Description:

Responsibilities & Essential Duties:

Responsibilities include providing design engineering expertise for race vehicle development, including the creation and analysis of design concepts, CAD models, and engineering drawings, as well as the interpretation of test results. Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills):

BSME/MSME

with 1-3 years of experience within the automotive and/or motorsports industry Demonstrated understanding of vehicle dynamics and chassis component design fundamentals 1-3 years of direct automotive chassis component design and analysis experience Demonstrated proficiency with detailed 3D model and 2D drawing creation Demonstrated proficiency with tolerance analysis and GD&T Excellent communication skills with a strong team player mindset Direct mass-production automotive development experience a plus Direct Catia V5/V6 & Abaqus FEA experience a plus Should be a self-starter & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
