Job Description
## Standard Job Description In this role, you will work on Space and Missile Cable and Harnessing design. This position will lead the cable and harnessing design and release cycle for multiple programs. You will be responsible for reviewing the inputs provided prior to hand-off, as well as facilitating and scheduling reviews during the design process all the way to formal engineering release.
Our team uses a variety of commercial and custom tools. The primary 3D modeling tool you will use is Creo and the schematic capture tool is Zuken E3. Other tool usage, documentation control and inspection, and regular MS Office tools will be necessary.

Location:
The selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in: Highlands Ranch, CO, and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time. This position does support teleworking if not located at the any of the primary sites that this role supports.You will typically have:
4-6 years of professional experience for this role. US Citizenship is required for this position. A clearance is required. ## Basic QualificationsKNOWLEDGE

- Experience with external vendors and the ability to create custom harness solutions
- Knowledge on how to support manufacturing from a cable and harness design perspective
- Execellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams, including but not limited to: manufactrings, quality assurance, procurement, external vendors, program management
- Knowledge of Engineering review process and ability to lead the design and release process
- Microsoft Office
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
