Electro Mechanical Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Engineer to design and validate panels used for testing and characterizing various mechanical and electro-mechanical components. This role requires expertise in mechanical engineering, tooling design, and electrical schematics to perform root cause analysis and develop comprehensive test plans. Responsibilities Design and validate panels for testing and characterizing mechanical and electro-mechanical components. Perform root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Why and 8D. Develop and execute test plans for mechanical assemblies and actuator systems. Characterize motors and analyze torque curves to optimize performance. Create detailed mechanical assembly designs and ensure they meet technical specifications. Essential Skills Proficiency in designing and validating mechanical and electro-mechanical panels. Experience with root cause analysis methodologies like 5 Why and 8D. Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly design and actuator systems. Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and characterize motors. Understanding of electrical schematics and tooling design. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with torque curve analysis. Familiarity with actuator and motor characterization.
