We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer / Tool & Die Designer who is ready to work hard, be rewarded well, and grow with us. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing. You won't be designing in isolation. You will see your work built, tested, run in the press, and improved over time. This is a long-term growth role, not a drafting seat. The right person will design progressive stamping tools, collaborate closely with manufacturing, and steadily take on more responsibility as capability is proven.
What You'll Do Design & Develop:
Create high-precision punches, dies, and progressive stamping tools using SolidWorks.
Optimize & Improve:
Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and efficient.
Lead Projects:
Manage multiple tooling projects, hitting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Problem-Solve:
Apply engineering principles and creativity to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
Stay Ahead:
Keep current with industry trends, tooling standards, and design best practices.

Your designs go straight into production Clear career runway: Opportunity to lead projects and grow technically Stable, established company with modern standards What We're Looking For Strong SolidWorks experience (advanced modeling, assemblies, drawings) Working knowledge of GD&T Experience in tool & die design for metal stamping (progressive tooling preferred) Comfortable in a manufacturing environment Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable Education & Experience One of the following: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Associate degree with 2+ years of relevant tooling experience 3-4+ years of direct, applicable tooling design experience We value capability and judgment over pedigree.
