Employees are assigned duties that provide skilled technical support and project leadership to solve complex business and technology problems. The incumbent serves as a primary point of contact that partners with internal business and development stakeholders to develop infrastructure architecture that supports the rapidly growing and evolving infrastructure needs. The role is responsible for maintaining and creating relevant and up-to-date infrastructure documentation for all deployed systems and cross-training. This position serves as the Level/Tier 3 support and escalates more complex issues. JOB REQUIREMENTS
