Seaford, DE Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Professional Engineer license is required Consulting engineering experience in designing HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems for commercial, municipal, or industrial facilities Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carrier HAP load calculation software is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detail Possess strong interpersonal skills and approachability in demeanor to work effectively with peers and clients Organizational and time management skills Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis
Responsibilities:
Develop full deliverable packages from an approved proposal Coordinate directly with other disciplines to gather necessary project information Manage multiple concurrent, competing schedules between design and construction projects Provide QC and PE reviews on the work of other staff members Participate in QC review with the expectation that comments are abstract and discussion is based on high level concepts
