Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite) About the Role We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to take on a leadership role within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position involves leading projects from concept through construction, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to work directly with clients to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction completion Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various project types Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) - Required (non-negotiable) 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment Strong expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC, building systems, etc.) Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination Excellent communication and client-facing skills Why is This a
