250,000 + Equity Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Mechanical/Systems Engineer with strong experience in industrial equipment, Creo, CAD/FEA, and manufacturing .

This is a customer-facing engineering role focused on translating real-world industrial requirements into practical, production-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities Work directly with customers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements. Translate customer needs into engineering and design requirements. Use Creo, CAD and FEA tools to support engineering solutions. Evaluate mechanical risks including stress, temperature, and failure points. Work with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure designs are production-ready. Support technical deployments and customer engineering engagements. Travel to customer sites and provide hands-on technical support. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Mechanical or Systems Engineering experience. Strong Creo experience. Experience with heavy industrial equipment or machinery. Hands-on experience with at least two of: CNC / high-speed machining Injection molding Additive manufacturing Experience with CAD/FEA and engineering risk analysis. Strong customer-facing and communication skills. Willingness to work onsite in Florida and travel 35-50% . Preferred Experience in industrial automation, robotics, aerospace/defense, automotive, or advanced manufacturing. Knowledge of

AS9100, ISO 13849, ISO 12100, OSHA

, or similar standards. #
