Mission:
Participate in shop drawing output of engineering department including review of scope documents, and customer CAD files for compliance to contract; design development for plaster products for assembly and installation; Communicate with our three production facilities as needed to answer any questions and address any discrepancies in the drawing information. Communicate with the project management team and Lead Engineer to make sure installation drawings are complete and clear.JOB DUTIES
Team collaboration and engagement. Execute drawing systems and conventions per our engineering standards and processes. Maintain assigned schedules, productivity, and quality. Communicate effectively with customers as needed to prosecute our contract and provide clarification and guidance. Identify scope changes and ensure these are documented correctly on the shop drawings. Identify and confirm field coordination requirements with the PMs. Attend weekly meetings with Operations Manager and Lead Engineer to discuss priorities, scheduling, and shop drawing progress.REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil Engineering required). Knowledge of interior architecture, framing & drywall assemblies, andMEP/HVAC
integrations. Strong AutoCad skills- some 3-D modeling helpful.
