Job Description

Position Summary We are looking for motivated thermal engineers to develop cutting-edge products for our military, governmental, and commercial customers. Systems we design are specifically tuned for the customers' needs and ranges from single-phase pumped loops, vapor compression and other lifting cycles, and radiation thermal management. Our current designs extend the range of hypersonic vehicles, enable power dense laser weapons on small platforms, and lower size, weight, and power for aerospace systems. Components we routinely develop include coldplates for electronics, heat exchangers, thermal energy storage devices, and mechanical components for thermal systems. Our group of thermal engineers drive products from conception to production including product ideation, research, laboratory/prototype builds, experimental testing, and design for manufacture. Individual engineers lead their own projects and research. Your creativity and interest determine the next technology you investigate. We currently use advanced techniques like microchannel cooling, three-dimensional cooling passages through additive manufacturing, membrane enhanced cooling, oscillating heat pipes.
