  • You will help sustain and evolve some of the world's most advanced oil-free centrifugal compressor technologies used in high‑efficiency HVAC systems.
Your work directly supports reliability, performance, and long product life—outcomes our customers depend on every day. As part of our Mechatronics Engineering team, you'll apply your mechanical design expertise to real, complex systems that combine turbomachinery, magnetic bearings, motors, and power electronics. Your contributions will keep proven platforms performing at their best while enabling continuous improvement.   • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Design and sustain mechanical components and assemblies for integrated compressor platforms, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
+ Create 3D models and 2D drawings that clearly define component and system-level designs from concept through release. + Analyze component designs to validate function, durability, and fit within complex electromechanical systems. + Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure designs are feasible to build, assemble, and service. + Deliver complete design documentation that meets project milestones, quality standards, and certification requirements.
  • What We're Looking For
  • + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (master's degree is a plus).
+ Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools (NX strongly preferred). + Experience in product development or sustaining engineering, ideally with turbomachinery or rotating equipment. + Working knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, including GD&T and dimensional controls. + Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute effectively within a project team.
