The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with experience guiding complex projects, supporting the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full lifecycle of high-value mechanical projects, from Preconstruction and Building Information Modeling coordination through final commissioning.

Manage Profit and Loss for a diverse project portfolio, ensuring all projects meet or exceed established gross profit margins.

Serve as the primary executive contact for General Contractors and Owners, fostering long-term partnerships.

Implement rigorous Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning installation quality control measures.
