This role will be responsible for existing key accounts as well as new potential new accounts in the pipe line to generate sales volume that meets organizational growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for existing and prospective customers as directed
• Make presentations to customers, make planned and organized sales calls, and provide pre-sales technical information to customers as well as internal departments
• Develop and manage key account relationships to expand revenue opportunities within their organizations
• Provide post-sales support as needed
• Responsible for acquiring working knowledge of customer products and applications in order to match customers' needs with internal resources and suitable solutions
• Responsible for maintaining sales activity records and provide reports to Sales and Marketing team
• Employing prospecting techniques to develop sales leads through existing contact referrals and cold calling practices
• Review quotations for new project opportunities within targeted accounts

Qualifications:

• Minimum one years experience as technical sales engineer or manufacturing/processing/tooling engineer for a precision molding facility
• Excellent communication skills required, with demonstrated success in handling complex problems and projects is required
• Work as a collaborative team member with quality assurance, product development, account management, and operations to provide superior results to our customers is required
• Strong skills in communication, measuring and tracking, and relationship management
• Fluent in Microsoft Office suite of business software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is needed
• Good listening skills to ensure any customer issues/problems are properly understood and identified, and coordinate resolution to ensure satisfied customer
• Ability to read and understand part prints and schematics is a must!
