The role analyzes condition and capacity, forecasts lifecycle investments, identifies risks and energy-saving opportunities, and translates priorities into project requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree, five years of mechanical-engineering experience, and three years of military facility or infrastructure experience. Responsibilities Analyze BUILDER SMS and Utilities SMS data to develop mechanical Sub-AMPs. Prepare five- and ten-year infrastructure forecasts and lifecycle investment plans. Assess condition and capacity of HVAC, plumbing, water, wastewater, natural-gas, and related systems. Identify mechanical-utility risks and develop mitigation strategies. Identify energy-conservation opportunities and prepare return-on-investment analyses. Translate asset-management priorities into project requirements, cost inputs, and DD Form 1391 inputs.
