control systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field. Work Environment The position is onsite in the CR/IC area, primarily working on K-12 and healthcare projects. The employee will report to the Project Manager on site. There is no physical office space, promoting a dynamic and flexible work environment. A company vehicle is provided for work-related activities. The company offers a supportive environment where former consultants have grown to become project managers, demonstrating the company's commitment to employee development. Once direct, the company covers 90% of insurance costs. The market is secure, with the company being one of only three in Iowa performing this type of work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
