$150,000 - $185,000 + relocation/sign on bonus

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering leader to drive innovation in electronic system development and guide the long term direction of our engineering organization. In this role, you'll mentor a talented team, collaborate across functions, and contribute to the creation of industry leading scientific instrumentation.

What You Will Be DoingWe're seeking an Electronics Research and Engineering Manager to lead electronic system development and guide the Electrical Engineering team. You'll partner with product and functional leaders to manage resources, support multiple projects, and uphold engineering excellence. The role includes mentoring 8-12 engineers and ensuring strong technical quality across all work.
