Job Description

HW Test Engineer Need a Tech to test & troubleshoot consumer electronics in a HW R D lab environment. This person should have experience and an understanding of HW evaluation methodologies. This includes set up of test cases/suites, data analysis and performance monitoring.
Required:
Experience with testing HW, specifically on consumer electronics in an R D lab environment Experience setting up tests and instrumentation for data collection & reporting Polyjet 3D printers, Adhesive dispensing robots, CNC/Machining, Laser Cutting equipment would be a big help as well. Experience with Instron, oscilloscopes, analyzers, probes and more. Ability to work from schematics, CAD drawings, rough engineering drawings and/or verbal instruction Be flexible enough to perform tests in multiple testing environments that may involve electrical, mechanical, thermal, etc. Appropriately select the proper test equipment that shall be utilized for the particular test that will need to be performed Experience with spreadsheets, data analysis, automation, etc.
