Job Description

Job Title:
Mechanical Design Engineer - Drivetrain We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in drivetrain design and rotating components. The role involves supporting design, development, and issue resolution for heavy equipment systems including transmissions, final drives, and torque converters.
Responsibilities:
Support root cause analysis of field and factory issues Design and implement engineering solutions Develop new product concepts and support product development Create and modify designs using Creo (modeling & drawings) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing and suppliers Support FMEA, APQP, and PPAP activities
Required Skills:
8-10+ years of mechanical design experience Strong experience in rotating components (gears, shafts, transmissions) Proficiency in Creo (modeling & drawings) Strong problem-solving and design skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in heavy equipment or automotive drivetrain systems Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
