Job Description

Our client, a global leader in advanced technologies and industrial innovation, is seeking a R D Engineer (Vacuum & Gas Systems) to join their team. As a R D Engineer, you will be part of the Research & Development Department supporting Engineering and Laboratory Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective technical communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Des Plaines, IL Pay Range:
$45/hr (negotiable based on experience) What's the Job? Design and conduct experimental research involving vacuum and gas management systems Apply engineering and scientific principles to solve complex technical problems Analyze data and summarize research findings for internal and external stakeholders Develop and optimize laboratory or pilot-scale processes and systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership on projects What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in R D, engineering, or related technical field Hands-on experience with vacuum systems and gas management systems Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex tasks Excellent communication skills to present technical findings What's in it for me?
