is looking to add a MECHANICAL
DESIGNERto our engineering community with a passion for new product development, problem solving and exceeding expectations. Opportunities exist in our internal project and external service groups working across a wide range of industries. This position would be based in East Peoria, IL. The candidate can expect to work in a high velocity and dynamic environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. Minimum of BS or AS in a field of science Knowledge of how mechanical systems work Experience in doing cool things with your hands and mind Mechanical, structural or automotive fabrication experience a plus TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY
AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer, CNC programming, 3D printing, ANSYS, PATRAN, NASTRAN, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Java, Solid Modeling, FEA, CFD, additive manufacturing, MBD, nanotechnology, quad-copters, biomedical, shenanigans, Motorsports, PROJECTS AND TASKS
