Resolve complex flow dynamics, thermal, and structural challenges for industrial equipment using Ansys Fluent and Mechanical, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Conduct thermal simulations on the BMU to optimize thermal design so that the products work satisfactorily as per customer current requirements. Help with component placement, heatsink design, busbar design, etc. with the help of the simulation results. Conduct various thermal tests with different current pulses on the BMU. Do data acquisition and correlation. Develop drag and pressure drop studies for refinery pipeline networks and HVAC systems, optimizing flow distribution and minimizing energy losses.

Frequent/Occasional travel may be required to unanticipated work-site locations within US as a roving employee. No relocation required.
