The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter eager to join a team of dedicated engineers responsible for supporting a variety of roles related to new product design, application, testing and more. In addition to working directly with our customers, the candidate will also interface closely with members of our Sales, New Product Implementation and Product Quality groups to provide a high-level of technical support in a comprehensive and timely manner. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self-starter eager to join a team of dedicated engineers responsible for supporting a variety of roles related to new product design, application, testing and more. In addition to working directly with our customers, the candidate will also interface closely with members of our Sales, New Product Implementation and Product Quality groups to provide a high-level of technical support in a comprehensive and timely manner. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive technical support to both internal and external customers Facilitate customer-facing interactions including virtual meetings, on-site visits, email, etc. Interpret customer and industry standard specifications to ensure all product requirements are met Contribute to the design, development and physical validation of products Support the creation and maintenance of technical drawings using PTC Creo Assist in the design, development and maintenance of physical testing procedures Drive continuous improvement related to internal processes Skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills Strong mechanical skills Outstanding problem-solving skills Excellent project management, including organizational and time management skills Familiarity with basic engineering and manufacturing principles Proficient in basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel Proficient in the interpretation of engineering drawings Proficient in CAD (PTC Creo preferred) Experience with finite element and/or multibody dynamics analysis preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant technical field 2+ years of relevant experience Experience in elastomeric materials, product design and/or manufacturing preferred
