Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in designing mechanical systems, as well as proficiency in advanced engineering software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a wide range of equipment, including conveyors, bottle filling systems, and integrated production machinery Perform complete design tasks encompassing mechanical hardware, electrical layout, and software programming Create mechanical systems and components using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, and LabView Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure design performance, structural integrity, and durability Integrate control systems using Arduino, CNC, logic controllers, and electrical schematics Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) to produce accurate and manufacturable designs Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams to meet technical and project deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred) 6+ years of proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and testing High proficiency in SolidWorks, MATLAB, LabView, and other relevant engineering tools Familiarity with CNC machinery, automation systems, and process control technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work well within a multidisciplinary team
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per year Health, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account (HSA) Paid time off (PTO) 8-hour shifts, Monday through
Friday Work Requirements:
Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 before starting work (required) In-person work required

$135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
