This is a great chance to join a collaborative, multi-discipline team that offers hands-on project variety, team outings throughout the year, monthly company lunches, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on local building design. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior MEP Mechanical Engineer position include: Minimum 3+ years of mechanical/HVAC engineering design experience with building or construction design experience required 7+ years of mechanical/HVAC engineering design experience preferred Design HVAC systems, including heat loss/heat gain calculations, ductwork, distribution systems, hot water piping, and chilled water piping AutoCAD experience required; Revit experience preferred Work on primarily K-12 educational facilities, along with commercial, self-storage, and other local projects Apply knowledge of building automation systems, building codes, and energy codes Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced, multi-discipline environment Conduct local site surveys, attend client meetings, and develop strong client relationships PE license and LEED AP accreditation are a plus, along with strong communication, interpersonal, and self-directed work skills Salary :
$75,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits :
