If you're a Mechanical Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer who wants more than a desk-and-spreadsheet engineering role, this could be a great opportunity to get hands-on with motion control, automation, product development, testing, and custom engineering solutions. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams supporting the design, application, testing, and continuous improvement of sophisticated linear motion and mechatronic products . This is an opportunity to build your technical expertise while getting exposure to real-world customer applications, prototypes, engineering testing, manufacturing, and new product development. ???? What You'll Be Doing Provide technical support for mechanical and mechatronic products, including customer, distributor, and sales inquiries Assist with product selection, quotations, technical requirements, and application recommendations Support the design, development, and testing of custom linear motion and mechatronic solutions Create and maintain 3D models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation using SolidWorks Perform engineering calculations involving bearing life, load analysis, critical speed, buckling loads, and motion system performance Support testing and validation of linear guideways, ball screws, bearings, actuators, and related motion-control products Participate in prototype development, laboratory testing, and product performance analysis Investigate customer-reported product issues through inspection, testing, data collection, and root-cause analysis Collaborate with manufacturing teams on design reviews, manufacturability, and product implementation Support customer meetings, product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting Work with engineering teams on product enhancements, technical problem-solving, and new product introductions Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering projects ? What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline 0-2 years of engineering experience in mechanical design, product development, manufacturing, automation, or a related field Internships, co-ops, or significant academic projects are strongly encouraged Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machine design, and manufacturing processes Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software Familiarity with engineering calculations involving mechanics, motion control, or machine design Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings, tolerancing, and engineering documentation
