Overview:
Looking to launch your engineering career in automation, motion control, and mechatronics? We're seeking an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to join a hands-on engineering team supporting the design, testing, application, and continuous improvement of innovative mechanical and motion-control products.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience across mechanical design, automation, product development, testing, manufacturing, and customer applications.
Job Duties:
Support the design and development of custom linear motion and mechatronic solutionsCreate and maintain 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorksAssist with engineering calculations involving loads, bearing life, critical speed, and motion systemsSupport prototype development, product testing, validation, and performance analysisInvestigate product issues through inspection, testing, and root-cause analysisCollaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams on design and product improvementsProvide technical support for customer and sales inquiriesSupport new product introductions and continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field0-2 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, product development, or related engineeringInternship, co-op, or academic project experience is a plusExperience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD softwareUnderstanding of mechanical systems, machine design, and manufacturing processesAbility to read manufacturing drawings and understand tolerancingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsHands-on mindset and willingness to learn Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
