Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our innovative motor solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Design mechanical components (structural, shafts, gearing) for motors and controls. Conduct basic engineering calculations (reaction loads, stress analysis, safety factor). Generate, revise and review technical drawings and 3D models. Work on cost improvement projects with Manufacturing teams. Assist Quality Assurance teams with product assessments. Collaborate with Purchasing teams to evaluate and qualify new vendors or components. Lead product life testing. Hands-on work in Engineering lab (product teardown, testing).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proficiency with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Knowledge of materials, statics, dynamics, and manufacturing processes. Experience with spreadsheet software (MS Excel, Google Sheets). Effective communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work in team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments. FEA experience a plus.

Working Environment:

Fast-paced office and controlled manufacturing environment. Occasional travel may be required.
