We are a small, dynamic company in the Bristol, Indiana area specializing in both custom machine building and stamping die design. Our work spans a wide range of industries and applications — our engineering team solves unique challenges on every project, from concept through production. We're a tight-knit team where every person's contribution is visible and valued. You won't be a number here — you'll be a key part of what we build.ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a Senior Engineer Designer with deep expertise in stamping die design and LogoPress to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you'll work across both our die design and custom machine building operations — bringing technical creativity and precision engineering to a wide variety of projects.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design progressive, compound, draw and transfer stamping dies using LogoPress withinSOLIDWORKS
Develop and review die layouts, strip layouts, and detail drawings Contribute to custom machine design projects — mechanisms, fixtures, and automated tooling Collaborate with manufacturing and tooling teams to ensure designs are producible and cost-effective Troubleshoot and optimize existing die tooling for improved performance and longevity Support tool tryout and production launch activities Maintain design documentation and revision historyREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of stamping die design experience Proficient in LogoPress (Accurate Die Design software)SOLIDWORKS
proficiency Strong knowledge of metal forming, material behavior, and GD&T Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawingsNICE TO HAVE
Experience with custom machine or automation design Fine blanking or high-precision stamping background Familiarity with automotive or industrial manufacturing Hands-on tool & die or shop floor experience Exposure to DFM processesWHAT WE OFFER
