Sensors Full Job Description Description:
Overview A linchpin of the production floor, expert in diagnosing, maintaining, and refining electromechanical systems with humility, practical insight, and unwavering execution. Key Responsibilities Lead an assembly line, and laterals to it: Revise BOMs, after understanding vehicles manuals and disseminate subassemblies in advance to eliminate errors Revise parts preassembly to remove missing time at assembly, eager to work proactively and preventive Install, calibrate, and maintain electromechanical parts and systems (motors, drives, sensors, PLCs) in high-performance environments. Interpret complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for precise assembly and troubleshooting. Perform preventative maintenance and rapid diagnostics using professional tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calipers Leading root-cause analyses and mentoring junior technicians to elevate team standards, expert in QC and Methodologies that relate to it Document technical reports, maintenance logs, and charts with clarity, supporting transparency and continuous improvement. Embody a culture of humble yet proud work , grounded in common sense , committed to execution excellence .
Requirements:
Associate's degree or technical certification in electro-mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or maintenanc
