The Opportunity:

Stability and Hands-On Engineering We are seeking a practical, experienced Mechanical Engineer to step into a role that offers true stability and technical ownership. We are a specialized established manufacturing company. We pride ourselves on being a steady, yet vital, operation where your designs go straight from the engineering department to our equipment on the manufacturing floor. Primary Responsibilities In this role, you will focus heavily on improving engineering designs and adapting components for wind power systems and industrial applications. You will also manage our legacy systems by modernizing our library of existing blueprints and maintaining the high engineering standards that have kept us successful for over seven decades. We value real-world experience and are looking for someone who isn't afraid to be hands on. Ultimately, you will serve as the lead technical voice for our specialized line of internal products, helping guide our engineering department forward. Requirements & Qualifications We prefer candidates with five or more years of mechanical engineering experience, as we deeply value the previous knowledge and experience that comes with years spent with a shop environment. High proficiency in Autodesk Inventor is a plus, along with a strong overall background in CAD design and a deep, practical understanding of mechanical assemblies and real-world tolerances. Why Join Our Team? We offer a highly stable, low-micromanaged environment with a close-knit team and with over 70-year history of success in our industry. Our schedule is a firm 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; we respect your personal time. ( Salaried position, with health insurance and 401K ) Here, you aren't just a number in a massive system. You will step in as our lead engineer, ensuring your expertise is genuinely valued and your voice is heard across the entire factory floor. recblid wsyjwzrtpk3d0dyx6x2jne2zu3kacw 5+ years of experience
