P&G seeks a graduate in Engineering—preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or another STEM discipline—for the Tide Evo Fabric Care business. The role focuses on developing processes and materials for launching this new product. As a R&D Process Development Engineer in Alexandria, Louisiana R&D Hub, you'll work with a team to deliver innovative solutions, support project strategies, handle specific tasks, and collaborate effectively. Collaborate closely with Product Supply partners and the central R&D team to design and validate manufacturing and packaging methods, as well as material innovations that align with both immediate product launches and the broader Initiative Master plan. Take initiative to independently pinpoint areas where processes and materials can be improved. Lead teams in implementing technical solutions aimed at enhancing consumer satisfaction, product quality, and cost efficiency. Contribute as a valued member of an extended team focused on boosting process reliability, stability, and increasing capacity to meet sales targets and ensure adequate market supply. Advance your technical skills and support the development of other team members through targeted training programs and coaching sessions. Utilize troubleshooting techniques, analyze data trends, and apply machine learning approaches to effectively identify, understand, and resolve root causes of technical issues.Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; other STEM fields considered.Technical Skills:
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, data analytics, machine learning, and process control strategy skills. This R&D role is based at a manufacturing facility in Alexandria, Louisiana. Ability to work primarily day shifts, with occasional extended or shift work required during campaigns.What we offer:
