We are seeking an accomplished Senior Mechanical Engineer with deep expertise in designing and developing mechanical subsystems for semiconductor product. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on skills in Mechanical architecture, Wafer Handling, Ion source modules, Beamline assemblies, Precision mechanisms, Vacuum systems, Tolerance analysis, and Product lifecycle development and field upgrades. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will apply your expertise in physics, mathematics, and materials science to analyze and drive design solutions that improve reliability, serviceability, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. What We're Looking For BS in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years in semiconductor tools or complex electromechanical systems Strong expertise in: Designing mechanical sub-system for Wafer handling robot systems, and Vacuum subsystems. Subject matter expertise with CAD software Thermal/structural analysis using FEA/CFD Material selection, manufacturing methods, Design for Excellence principles Proficiency in Creo, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), and tolerance analysis Familiarity with CREO, Windchill, PLM/PDM systems, and ECO/ECR workflows. Experience taking hardware from concept → prototype → NPI → release Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
